Thank you for shopping with Rooster Roo’s – Fragrance | Soap. Every order is carefully prepared, packed, and shipped from Arizona.


Order Processing


Because many Rooster Roo’s products are handmade, small-batch, or prepared in limited quantities, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for order processing unless otherwise stated on the product listing.


Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.


Pre-orders, newly launched products, and made-to-order items may have different processing times. Any special processing or expected shipping date will be listed on the applicable product page.


Shipping


Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.


Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.


Delivery estimates provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed by Rooster Roo’s.


Perfume Shipping


Alcohol-based perfumes are subject to special transportation requirements and may be required to travel by ground shipping.


Because of these restrictions, perfume shipments may take slightly longer to arrive than products that are eligible for air transportation.


At this time, alcohol-based perfumes are available for domestic U.S. shipping only and cannot be shipped to destinations where shipment is prohibited or restricted.


Warm Weather & Heat-Sensitive Products


Some Rooster Roo’s bath and body products, including body butters, may soften or melt during transportation in warm weather.


We carefully package products before shipment, but once a package leaves our possession, we cannot control the temperatures it may experience in transit or after delivery.


A product that arrives softened or melted is generally still usable. If needed, place the securely closed product in a cool area until it returns to its normal consistency.


Whenever possible, we recommend retrieving packages promptly after delivery, especially during hot weather.


Tracking & Delivery


Once tracking shows that an order has been delivered, Rooster Roo’s is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.


If your tracking information shows a delivery but you cannot locate your package, please:



  1. Check around your delivery area and mailbox.

  2. Check with household members or neighbors.

  3. Allow up to 24 hours, as some carriers may mark packages delivered shortly before final delivery.

  4. Contact the shipping carrier if the package still cannot be located.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses


Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.


If you notice an error before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible at rooster@shoproosterroos.com.


Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect or recover it. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned to Rooster Roo’s because of an incorrect or incomplete address.


Damaged or Leaking Orders


We take care when packaging your order, but occasionally damage can occur during transportation.


If your order arrives damaged, broken, or leaking, please contact us as soon as possible and include:



  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping packaging, when applicable


Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Shipping Delays


Rooster Roo’s is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation interruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.


We will always do our best to get your order packed securely and into the carrier’s hands as quickly as possible.
